📦 UK Shipping

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders—no minimum spend required.

  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Carrier: We typically ship via Royal Mail or other trusted couriers.

  • Tracking: Tracking information is included for most parcels and will be emailed to you once your order ships.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to a range of international destinations including the US, Canada, Australia, and across Europe.

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 7–21 business days, depending on location and service.

  • Customs & Import Fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Please note:

  • Delays can occur due to customs or local postal services.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our vintage and secondhand items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or accidental orders. All sales are considered final.

However, your statutory rights remain unaffected. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund if an item is faulty.

Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Email us at hello@shopssv.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage, packaging and shipping label

We’ll review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund, full refund, or store credit.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery. Items must be returned to us (if applicable) before any refund is processed.
